FAQs

Q1: How does Hot Pot and Korean BBQ work?

A: You’ll cook your food right at the table! For hot pot, you choose a broth and cook meats, veggies, and noodles in the boiling soup. For Korean BBQ, you grill meats on the built-in grill. Our staff is happy to assist first-timers!

Q2: How long should I cook the food in hot pot?

A: Thin meats usually take 30–60 seconds, seafood around 2–3 minutes, and vegetables 2–5 minutes. Ask staff if unsure.

Q3: Will someone help me grill the meat?

A: Our staff is available to help get you started, but part of the fun is grilling it yourself! Let us know if you’d like assistance.

Q4: What cuts of meat do you offer?

A: We offer a wide selection, including beef brisket, short rib, pork belly, marinated chicken, and more.

Q10: What is the time limit for AYCE?

A: We offer a 90-minute dining limit for All You Can Eat. Please order responsibly to avoid waste.
